Our Services Include:
1. Property Selection Review – $600 + HST
Choosing the right property is the foundation of a successful build. We provide a detailed evaluation of the lot you’re considering — including layout, access, grade, zoning considerations, and potential challenges — so you can make an informed decision.
Our goal is to ensure you feel confident in your choice from day one.
2. Design & Layout Review – $800 + HST
We thoroughly review your architectural plans to optimize flow, functionality, and long-term adaptability. Our feedback focuses on creating a home that fits your lifestyle and vision.
We provide professional, independent insight, so you can make decisions with clarity and confidence.
3. Finishes & Material Selection – $700 + HST
We guide you through selecting materials and finishes that are cohesive, durable, and aligned with your style and budget.
Our recommendations are objective and informed, focused on helping you achieve the look and quality you want.
4. Pre-Close Punchlist Review – $650 + HST
Before closing, we perform a detailed walkthrough to identify incomplete items or areas needing attention. You receive a clear, actionable report so that any adjustments can be addressed efficiently.
Our review provides confidence and assurance that everything is ready for you to move in comfortably.
Note: Additional travel fees apply for locations outside the HRM.
