Serge’s journey into custom home building began in his mid-20s, when he and his partner designed and built their very first home together. Working alongside a fantastic, quality-driven local home builder, Serge took on the challenge of managing every decision — from layout and style to finishes and fixtures. Over the course of the 11-month build, countless hours went into creating a space that reflected their lifestyle and vision for the future.
Watching that vision come to life was incredibly rewarding, but it also opened Serge’s eyes to the countless small details that can be easily overlooked without experience in construction. That process sparked a lasting passion — not just for building homes, but for building them right.
